Protea Roots Cancellation Policy

A fair and flexible approach

I understand that plans change and unexpected things happen. At the same time, each coaching appointment reserves time specifically for you, including preparation and administration around the session. This policy is intended to keep cancellations fair for both client and coach.

Rescheduling or cancelling more than 24 hours before your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule your session without charge. Any amount already paid can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the session fee will be charged. If the session has already been paid in full, the remaining 50% can be refunded or credited towards a future session.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled beforehand, the full session fee will be charged.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, we can still use the remaining scheduled time, but the session will normally finish at the original end time. This helps ensure that the next client's appointment is not affected.

Free 15-minute introduction calls

There is no cancellation fee for a free introduction call. I simply ask that you cancel or reschedule where possible so the time can be made available to someone else.

If Protea Roots needs to cancel

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will not be charged. Any payment already made can be transferred to another appointment or refunded in full.

Unexpected circumstances

Life is not always predictable. Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances can be considered individually and with reasonable flexibility.

By booking a paid coaching session with Protea Roots, you agree to this cancellation policy.

This appointment cancellation policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply to services booked online under Dutch law.
